Access your support tools and resources
You can submit and track support tickets, request new employee setups, process employee offboarding, access IT documentation, start remote support sessions, and manage billing. Everything you need in one place.
Log into the Client Portal. Click 'New Employee Setup' under Employee Requests. Tell us their start date, apps needed, and access level. We handle the rest: email, Microsoft 365, security tools, everything.
Use the 'Employee Exit' form in the Client Portal. We disable accounts, set up email forwarding, back up data, recover licenses, and revoke access. Tell us quickly when someone leaves to stay secure.
Call 949-243-7440 for urgent issues. Tell us it's urgent and we'll prioritize you. We respond in 1 hour, 24/7. For non-urgent requests, email support@britecity.com or use the portal during business hours (8am-5pm Pacific).
